Restoring the character of an early skyscraper.
+VG’s heritage conservation work at 85 Richmond Street West forms part of the wider rehabilitation of Toronto’s Federal Building.
The scope includes reinstatement of the Beaux-Arts cornice, masonry and window restoration, decorative metalwork and conservation of the heritage lobby and bronze entrance. The work preserves the building’s character within a renewed office complex.
